Copyright Policy
All commissioned work is for personal use only. I retain rights to the produced drawing- the client is not allowed to use the commissioned work for commercial purposes unless an agreement has been established before the start of the commission.
If the client/commissioner posts the finished commission on any social media, they must give credit to haiiceon (the artist).
Commissioned artwork may NOT be used in any blockchain-related technology(NFTs, cryptocurrency), may NOT be used to aid in the advancement of AI technology, or any future inventions in the space.Payment
Payment is only allowed through Paypal invoices.
An invoice will be sent to the email address you have provided in the commission form upon acceptance of your commission idea, and payment of the invoice is agreement to all terms listed in the TOS.
I can not begin working on your commission until the invoice has been paid for in full.

Timeline & Process
Commissions may take an average of 1-2 months to complete!!
You'll receive an email from me after you submit your commission request so that we can go over pricing before I send an invoice.
After I receive payment from you, I'll begin the sketch process! I will check in with you once I have an initial sketch to see if you would like any revisions before continuing on to line & color.
Depending on the length of the queue and complexity of your commission, the timing to complete your commission may differ- you can track the progress of your commission on Trello.Revisions
The client may receive a total of 3 revisions during the sketch phase, any additional revisions will cost an extra fee. Edits after the work is already completed will cost an extra fee. If I missed anything that the commissioner stated initially, no additional fee will be charged.Refunds
Refunds can ONLY be negotiated if the client changes their mind before the start of the sketch phase, or if I feel I will be unable to complete the commission.
